The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. BROŃ RADOM's Stefan Jakubiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Ixaka in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Lanús booed when BROŃ RADOM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwidon Skirzynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Moises Tercero notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of BROŃ RADOM's Stefan Jakubiak. Stefan Jakubiak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cezary Buczak in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Regis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cezary Buczak struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Alvaro Regis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BROŃ RADOM. 13 minutes into the match, Lanús's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Buczak came free, but Alvaro Regis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, BROŃ RADOM's Feliks Dziurowicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvaro Regis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Fryderyk Awizo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fryderyk Awizo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Lanús's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Buczak came free, but Alvaro Regis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Lanús getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Luisito Chesus hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Buczak in the 34th minute of play forced Lanús's goalkeeper Alvaro Regis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to BROŃ RADOM getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Szczepan Hodyl hit a great ball. Moises Tercero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Stefan Jakubiak made a huge save. Alvaro Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Gollob in the 44th minute of play. Alvaro Regis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Buczak in the 45th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cezary Buczak to strike the kick off in the second half. If Feliks Dziurowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Jakubiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tercero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radomil Biskupiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Moises Tercero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lanús's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Tercero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Jakubiak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the match, Lanús's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Buczak came free, but Alvaro Regis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Feliks Dziurowicz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 66 minutes of play, Lanús's Moises Tercero made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Jakubiak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alvaro Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Buczak in the 79th minute of play. Stefan Jakubiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tercero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliks Dziurowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Regis having to interfere. Lanús's Alvaro Regis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Buczak in the 86th minute of play. When Fryderyk Awizo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the BROŃ RADOM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fryderyk Awizo couldn't finish the play. After 89 played minutes BROŃ RADOM got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Buczak. After a rather tough play, BROŃ RADOM's Szczepan Hodyl got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Szczepan Hodyl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Felipillo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Stefan Jakubiak. BROŃ RADOM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The BROŃ RADOM players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
