An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Pășcuțoiu in the 7th minute of play forced Paso FC's goalkeeper Tomas Piearres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Alex Aliuta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balaceanu UFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Alvaro Astrada kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ilie Cobâlcescu's late challenge caught a Paso FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ilie Cobâlcescu helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Balaceanu UFC got a freekick which was hit by Ilie Cobâlcescu. Paso FC's Paulo Paio got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Piearres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Pășcuțoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vlad Popete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Paio in the 26th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Paso FC's Jesus Diagur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vlad Popete made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 31st minute, Isidro Txerran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 41 minutes into the match, Balaceanu UFC's goalkeeper Vlad Popete had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Paio. After 42 played minutes Paso FC got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Diagur. With 43 minutes on the clock, Dalmacio Delfino commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Dalmacio Delfino hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Tomas Piearres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilie Cobâlcescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesus Diagur to make the kick off. Alvaro Astrada hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Tomas Piearres was a little too slow when Manuel Pășcuțoiu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 63rd minute, Jesus Diagur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Piearres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Pășcuțoiu in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Pascual Rito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Manuel Pășcuțoiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomas Piearres was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Alberto Cresitobalo's late challenge caught a Balaceanu UFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Cresitobalo helped the player get up and apologised. Manuel Pășcuțoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Tomas Piearres made a huge save. Vlad Popete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balaceanu UFC's Ilie Cobâlcescu got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Ilie Cobâlcescu off the ground. In the 80th minute, Ilie Cobâlcescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 played minutes Balaceanu UFC got a freekick which was hit by Valeriu Tomoiu. Alvaro Astrada hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Balaceanu UFC played a much better game than Paso FC and deserved their victory. The Paso FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
