Śląsk Bytom's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kevin Åström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 9 played minutes Gnesta Oilers got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Åström. After 12 minutes, Napoleon Wietrzychowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Śląsk Bytom and the Gnesta Oilers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Śląsk Bytom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Napoleon Wietrzychowski to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Benjamin Bergström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Śląsk Bytom's Lucjan Sochacki got a free kick in the 16th minute. Rune Aronsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rune Aronsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
