Hipolito Errapel hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Enex's Hristo Froloshki broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Tequileros FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Mel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hristo Stoichkov. After 23 played minutes Enex got a freekick which was hit by Galin Kotzev. Victoriano Tartalo's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Igor Ogoyski - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 24th minute. Hristo Stoichkov charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hristo Stoichkov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Hristo Stoichkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Preslav Kerachev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Victoriano Tartalo came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Tequileros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Tartalo couldn't finish the play. Hipolito Errapel kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Tequileros FC's Nicolas Mel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Tequileros FC from getting a goal against them. Nicolas Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Donov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the match, Hristo Stoichkov notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tequileros FC's Nicolas Mel. Nicolas Mel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hristo Stoichkov to strike the kick off in the second half. When Julian Iratzeder fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tequileros FC's protests and gave Julian Iratzeder a yellow card for diving instead. Nicolas Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hristo Stoichkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Teodor Donov notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Tequileros FC's Nicolas Mel. Nicolas Mel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hugo Henrico's late challenge caught a Enex's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Henrico helped the player get up and apologised. Isaias Dominix kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Hristo Stoichkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hristo Stoichkov in the 82nd minute of play forced Tequileros FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Mel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th match minute, Enex was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hristo Froloshki to maneuver through the defense.
