Alejo Florinio hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. If Daniel Borowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Borowski in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saturnino Honesto saved Cardo Ruso Cordobés from getting behind. If Janusz Raszkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikolaj Blochowiak in the 17th minute of play forced Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Saturnino Honesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Elvio Richie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Oborski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artemio Arnas lost his temper 27 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Artemio Arnas got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dobromir Wachna in the 29th minute of play forced Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Saturnino Honesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elvio Richie got free with Lucjan Oborski in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Wiktor Wierzchowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Lucjan Oborski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Zagłębie Dąbrowskie from getting a goal against them. After the first half Zagłębie Dąbrowskie were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Borowski in the 52nd minute of play forced Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Saturnino Honesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Elvio Richie made a precise shot to the right of Lucjan Oborski. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Lucjan Oborski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Richie, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Mikolaj Blochowiak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikolaj Blochowiak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saturnino Honesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 74 minutes, Gilberto Kauldi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cardo Ruso Cordobés and the Zagłębie Dąbrowskie players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cardo Ruso Cordobés getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gilberto Kauldi hit a great ball. Mikolaj Blochowiak took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saturnino Honesto. Saturnino Honesto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Daniel Borowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Saturnino Honesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaroslaw Nigbor's late challenge caught a Cardo Ruso Cordobés's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaroslaw Nigbor helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Jaroslaw Nigbor got a free kick in the 94th minute.
