After a rather tough play, Granadero10's Tostão Melo got a free kick in the 9th minute. Sydney Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armandinho Pirani in the 11th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaltino Hoffmann in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sydney Barros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felipe Santos Borré made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinícius das Neves in the 16th minute of play. Felipe Santos Borré made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Barros in the 17th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Armandinho Pirani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SÃO JORGE FC™®'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Armandinho Pirani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Luciano Barros hit a great ball. Celso Madureira charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celso Madureira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SÃO JORGE FC™®'s Celso Madureira got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 40 played minutes Granadero10 got a freekick which was hit by Vinícius das Neves. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

SÃO JORGE FC™®'s Felipe Santos Borré played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Barros in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Granadero10's goalkeeper Sydney Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Isaltino Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Granadero10's zone, Luís Paulo Saldanha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sydney Barros came out of the goal and Luís Paulo Saldanha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Luciano Barros made a precise shot to the right of Felipe Santos Borré. SÃO JORGE FC™®'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When Virgílio Seco fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granadero10's protests and gave Virgílio Seco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Virgílio Seco hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Granadero10 could leave the field as winners, despite SÃO JORGE FC™® having more of the ball for most of the match.
