Fc Schönhagen's Jens Gotthelf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Gandarias in the 8th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Roneros F.C.'s zone, Andreas Nomayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asensio Berzosa came out of the goal and Andreas Nomayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Geovanny Fuertehijar came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Roneros F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovanny Fuertehijar couldn't finish the play. Jens Gotthelf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. A collision led to Fc Schönhagen getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Bertram Doual hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Guillermo Colon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Gotthelf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Barja in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens Gotthelf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Geovanny Fuertehijar made a great header on Roneros F.C.'s corner, it was just that Fc Schönhagen's Jens Gotthelf managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzalo Barja in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jens Gotthelf saved Fc Schönhagen from getting behind. Jens Gotthelf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Gandarias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Geovanny Fuertehijar came free, but Jens Gotthelf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 played minutes Fc Schönhagen got a freekick which was hit by Olav Scheffler. After 35 minutes Fc Schönhagen's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Geovanny Fuertehijar who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Roneros F.C.'s Geovanny Fuertehijar to fire away a dangerous shot which Jens Gotthelf despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 37th minute Gonzalo Barja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Gotthelf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Roneros F.C.'s Gonzalo Barja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens Gotthelf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guillermo Colon to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Fc Schönhagen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovane Dollberg to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Guillermo Colon put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jens Gotthelf. With an all-out effort, Roneros F.C.'s Jens Gotthelf threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alejandro Leis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Guillermo Colon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Jens Gotthelf skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julian Gambo's late challenge caught a Fc Schönhagen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Gambo helped the player get up and apologised. When the match was over Roneros F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fc Schönhagen throughout the match.
