Fabian Grozuță hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Grozuță in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lino Ganix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Dudu Georgescu fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minerul Baita -MM-'s protests and gave Dudu Georgescu a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Minerul Baita -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Dudu Georgescu. In the 17th match minute, Padrón 1744 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Remigio to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Cosmin Bobeica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Ganix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Ganix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Grozuță in the 26th minute of the match. Dudu Georgescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Padrón 1744's Lino Ganix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosmin Bobeica in the 32nd minute of play. Lino Ganix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosmin Bobeica in the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo Pabla got free with Sergiu Cobâlcescu in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sergiu Cobâlcescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Jaen, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The supporters of Padrón 1744 booed when Minerul Baita -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Lupeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute Claudio Jaen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergiu Cobâlcescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Eudoxio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergiu Cobâlcescu having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudio Jaen made a kick off. Sergiu Cobâlcescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Norino in the 51st minute of the match. When Fabian Grozuță fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minerul Baita -MM-'s protests and gave Fabian Grozuță a yellow card for diving instead. Fabian Grozuță kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Sergiu Cobâlcescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Emmanuel in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Padrón 1744's goal looked a bit too open when Cosmin Bobeica came free, but Lino Ganix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Padrón 1744's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Cosmin Bobeica scored to the left of an out of position Lino Ganix, making the score, 0-2. Minerul Baita -MM- made a substitution. Gică Aldulescu replaced Mugur Hurmuzache. After 71 played minutes Padrón 1744 got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Eudoxio. After some careless play in the Minerul Baita -MM- defense, Amado Emmanuel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergiu Cobâlcescu. The Minerul Baita -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergiu Cobâlcescu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Jaen in the 85th minute of play forced Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Sergiu Cobâlcescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lino Ganix made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolae Mandache in the 87th minute. A collision led to Padrón 1744 getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Angelino Remigio hit a great ball. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Dudu Georgescu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 95th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lino Ganix but with some difficulty. Maximo Balesio charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximo Balesio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maximo Balesio hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nicolae Mandache slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lino Ganix. That made the score 1-3 after 97 minutes of play. When the final whistle sounded Minerul Baita -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Padrón 1744.
