The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of A.A. Cachila booed when Stiinta-Univ. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mircea Creangă didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Baldomero Innocenzio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 8 minutes, Isaac Dabi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.A. Cachila and the Stiinta-Univ. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, A.A. Cachila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Dabi to maneuver through the defense. Stiinta-Univ.'s Avram Seremet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Innocenzio in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Baldomero Innocenzio managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.A. Cachila's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Innocenzio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avram Seremet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Traian Pivniceru put in a rough tackle. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stiinta-Univ.! When A.A. Cachila's Miguel Bautista in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stiinta-Univ.'s goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Traian Lupescu got free with Prudencio Estevon in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Avram Seremet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Innocenzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The Stiinta-Univ. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. A.A. Cachila were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomero Innocenzio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Stiinta-Univ. defense, Baldomero Innocenzio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avram Seremet. The Stiinta-Univ. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avram Seremet should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Ignacio Abaurre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Avram Seremet. Ignacio Abaurre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. The audience was convinced that Baldomero Innocenzio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Avram Seremet was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the match, Stiinta-Univ.'s goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Bautista came free, but Avram Seremet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Baldomero Innocenzio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Avram Seremet was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. If Baldomero Innocenzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85th minute Mircea Creangă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Estevon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Abaurre got free with Avram Seremet in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mircea Creangă hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Avram Seremet came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by A.A. Cachila's Baldomero Innocenzio. But to his dismay, Baldomero Innocenzio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6.
