Filiberto Rodas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Quadros in the 52nd minute of play. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Filiberto Rodas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico de Mendonça in the 69th minute of play. MINEIROS's Christian Fernandes was substituted for Vágner Gaspar. After 90 played minutes, MINEIROS's João Vítor Linhares shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Filiberto Rodas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MINEIROS reached it. If Toninho Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florencio Romildo's late challenge caught a MINEIROS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florencio Romildo helped the player get up and apologised. Florencio Romildo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match.
