Róbson Arantes started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the F.C. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernard Trochowski couldn't finish the play. Piotr Adamus's late challenge caught a F.C. Carmo De Kiev's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Piotr Adamus helped the player get up and apologised. Zenon Pazura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Mattos, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilton Freitas in the 30th minute of play forced Russówek's goalkeeper Zenon Pazura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Leszek Psotka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Russówek fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Hélder da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Pozorski in the 36th minute of play. Hélder da Silveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konrad Dudek in the 37th minute. The audience was convinced that Konrad Dudek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hélder da Silveira was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Hélder da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Turek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeusz Pozorski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hélder da Silveira came out and tried to block the shot, but Tadeusz Pozorski slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 41st minute. A collision led to Russówek getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Edgar Olchowy hit a great ball. The supporters of F.C. Carmo De Kiev booed when Russówek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakub Gacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nico Moreira struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Zenon Pazura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Carmo De Kiev. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Konrad Dudek was the one to do the kick off. Edgar Olchowy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hélder da Silveira. F.C. Carmo De Kiev's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Radomir Turek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leszek Psotka took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hélder da Silveira. Hélder da Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 75th minute Piotr Adamus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radomir Turek took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hélder da Silveira. Hélder da Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 82nd minute, Konrad Dudek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hélder da Silveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Hélder da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeusz Pozorski, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Radomir Turek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hélder da Silveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Konrad Dudek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Russówek had played much better football throughout.
