An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Zádrapa in the 6th minute of play forced Ríver Late's goalkeeper Irakliy Ozhogin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Xavierlada Belon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Ríver Late's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Zádrapa came free, but Irakliy Ozhogin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Zádrapa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herbert Zádrapa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Irakliy Ozhogin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Süruri Şahbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serhat Oytunç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Serhat Oytunç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Süruri Şahbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Irakliy Ozhogin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Rojelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Irakliy Ozhogin made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Herbert Zádrapa sent off a good shot on target. Joélson Trancoso's late challenge caught a Ríver Late's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joélson Trancoso helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ainoan ∞ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Joélson Trancoso hit a great ball. Dolfo Clemente kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After 52 minutes of play Ainoan ∞'s Joélson Trancoso was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Süruri Şahbey was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kalle Fors. After 94 played minutes, Ainoan ∞'s Jose Abecia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Irakliy Ozhogin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ainoan ∞ reached it. Ainoan ∞'s Süruri Şahbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serhat Oytunç in the 96th minute of play.
