In the 10th minute, one of XV de Indaial:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for XV de Indaial. Osmar Antunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Kiszkiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to XV de Indaial getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Pedro Paulo Barbosa hit a great ball. Didier Penven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Barney Barns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A.A. Pędzący Bimber's Filip Merski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didier Penven in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, XV de Indaial's Osvaldinho de Sena got a free kick in the 29th minute. Osmar Antunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Matos, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The audience was convinced that Didier Penven's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filip Merski was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 34th minute, Barney Barns ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osmar Antunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Josué Galvão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 43 played minutes A.A. Pędzący Bimber got a freekick which was hit by Niklas Alströmer. The supporters of XV de Indaial booed when A.A. Pędzący Bimber was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. César Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Osmar Antunes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Barney Barns's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. The corner led A.A. XV de Indaial's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomasz Kiszkiel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Matos in the 61st minute of play forced XV de Indaial's goalkeeper Osmar Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
