Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Costin Jecu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gasteiz Latorre in the 23rd minute of play. Gasteiz Latorre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Jecu having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Gasteiz Latorre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Costin Jecu. Gasteiz Latorre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Argyris Papapetrou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeremy Avellana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Raphael went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Alfredo Curado got a free kick in the 40th minute. Jeremy Avellana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorel Crivoi in the 43rd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jeremy Avellana was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Benito Raphael showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-3 in the 74 minute of play. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Celso Trasloseros managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alfredo Curado in the 79 minute of the game. Costin Jecu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthon Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana got control of the ball when Argyris Papapetrou tried to sneak it across the goal line.
