Roni Van Hoyveldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Stephen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to YR Mechelen getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Diederik Van Mechelen hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Epifanio Bernabel notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of YR Mechelen's Roni Van Hoyveldt. Roni Van Hoyveldt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roni Van Hoyveldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Marz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, YR Mechelen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terry Van Houdtvinck to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Cecilio Manny fired a really elegant long shot, but Roni Van Hoyveldt threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. In the 38th minute, Cecilio Manny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE booed when YR Mechelen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul-Louis Van Mechelen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's Apolo Marz got a free kick in the 41st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paul-Louis Van Mechelen in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliciano Feo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roni Van Hoyveldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Bernabel in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Epifanio Bernabel was the one to do the kick off. Roni Van Hoyveldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Marz in the 52nd minute of the match. After 55 minutes, Diederik Van Mechelen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the YR Mechelen and the TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Diederik Van Mechelen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paul-Louis Van Mechelen in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliciano Feo saved TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE from getting behind. The TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's Apolo Marz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st minute, YR Mechelen's Tuur Candries dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. After 80 minutes, Paul-Louis Van Mechelen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the YR Mechelen and the TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th minute, Paul-Louis Van Mechelen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cecilio Manny took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roni Van Hoyveldt. YR Mechelen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuur Candries in the 88th minute of play forced TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's goalkeeper Feliciano Feo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's Rigoberto Cordeal got a free kick in the 88th minute. A collision led to YR Mechelen getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Corneel Van Mechelen hit a great ball. When TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's Epifanio Bernabel in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye YR Mechelen's goalie prevented a goal. In the 94th minute, Paul-Louis Van Mechelen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Feliciano Feo. The goal made the score 4-3. TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
