Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Drzewucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the game, Zenon Drzewucki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fernando Selatse was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute Toro Martínez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Giejda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenon Drzewucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Toro Martínez scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Piotr Giejda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Andréas Deckberg in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Despidida AFC's Feliksas Fenichev. The supporters of FC NagelBitarna booed when Despidida AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Fink didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Piotr Giejda successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, FC NagelBitarna's Orvar Rudkvist got a free kick in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Toro Martínez to make the kick off. Toro Martínez took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Piotr Giejda. Piotr Giejda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Piotr Giejda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toro Martínez in the 56th minute of the match. Andréas Deckberg kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Despidida AFC made a substitution. Szymon Pyrzyce replaced Arturo Arano. Despidida AFC's Emiliano Velasco was substituted for Toro Martínez. A collision led to FC NagelBitarna getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Andréas Deckberg hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Conny Mogren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Piotr Giejda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Czeslaw Kopacz's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Emiliano Velasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Piotr Giejda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Nils-Erik Månsson charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nils-Erik Månsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Despidida AFC fully deserved thier win.
