Feijo Zárate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Buonanno, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Football Club Kekke's Diego Buonanno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Feijo Zárate narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute of the game Manuel Darroja made a throw-in which Roland Renoux played forward. Mai Namer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Renoux, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 24th minute, Football Club Kekke's Valentin Nyberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Valentin Nyberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Football Club Kekke protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Valentin Nyberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Football Club Kekke:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of HORTALEZA FC:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Renoux in the 28th minute of play forced Football Club Kekke's goalkeeper Mai Namer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feijo Zárate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Biörkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feijo Zárate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ola Biörkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 40 minutes HORTALEZA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Krister Gustavsson who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Krister Gustavsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but HORTALEZA FC's Feijo Zárate did a great save. After 43 minutes of play, HORTALEZA FC's Roland Renoux made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mai Namer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mai Namer made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Galsino Vilanova sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Football Club Kekke's Florens á Neystabø was substituted for Diego Buonanno. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roland Renoux to make the kick off. Erik Spets received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Feijo Zárate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ola Biörkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feijo Zárate having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roland Renoux in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mai Namer saved Football Club Kekke from getting behind. Football Club Kekke's Kamil Kılıçdaroğlu was substituted for Erik Spets. In the 64th minute, Zhang Ang Zhen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kamil Kılıçdaroğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Feijo Zárate made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ola Biörkman in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feijo Zárate prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Feijo Zárate made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Kamil Kılıçdaroğlu sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th match minute, HORTALEZA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amerigo Revuelta to maneuver through the defense. HORTALEZA FC's Feijo Zárate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Biörkman in the 76th minute of play. Mai Namer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Renoux in the 77th minute of play. Ola Biörkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kamil Kılıçdaroğlu got free with Feijo Zárate in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by HORTALEZA FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Algot Nilsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Football Club Kekke's players had a chance to rest. Football Club Kekke's Mai Namer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Renoux in the 94th minute of play.
