In the 7th minute of the match Rapid Bucharest got a corner. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ionel Siniştean ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rapid Bucharest's Ionel Siniştean was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mateo Phelipe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the MIRA -ŁÓDZ defense, Iurie Miclescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateo Phelipe. The MIRA -ŁÓDZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateo Phelipe should have stopped the shot. In the 16th minute, Aleksander Klewinski made a precise shot to the right of Ştefan Ifrim. Rapid Bucharest's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Mateo Phelipe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iurie Miclescu in the 18th minute of play. Damian Boia kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Cezary Jajecznica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ştefan Ifrim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boleslaw Zawadzki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ştefan Ifrim came out and tried to block the shot, but Boleslaw Zawadzki slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Cezary Jajecznica notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Rapid Bucharest's Ştefan Ifrim. Ştefan Ifrim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the MIRA -ŁÓDZ defense, Iurie Miclescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateo Phelipe. The MIRA -ŁÓDZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateo Phelipe should have stopped the shot. The supporters of MIRA -ŁÓDZ booed when Rapid Bucharest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Boia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Ţirpe came free, but Mateo Phelipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iurie Miclescu to make the kick off. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Mateo Phelipe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iurie Miclescu in the 51st minute of play. Virgil Ţirpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Phelipe having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Aleksander Klewinski made a precise shot to the right of Ştefan Ifrim. Rapid Bucharest's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Boleslaw Zawadzki kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalkeeper Mateo Phelipe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iurie Miclescu. In the 65th minute, Aleksander Klewinski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MIRA -ŁÓDZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. The supporters of MIRA -ŁÓDZ booed when Rapid Bucharest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. 马广竞 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgil Ţirpe struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Mateo Phelipe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapid Bucharest. Mateo Phelipe made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Iurie Miclescu sent off a good shot on target. When 马广竞 came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Rapid Bucharest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 马广竞 couldn't finish the play. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Mateo Phelipe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save MIRA -ŁÓDZ from getting a goal against them. 81 minutes into the match, Rapid Bucharest's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Zawadzki came free, but Ştefan Ifrim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateo Phelipe made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Iurie Miclescu sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th match minute, Rapid Bucharest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Boia to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Loyarte hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Fabricio Aguilera's late challenge caught a Rapid Bucharest's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabricio Aguilera helped the player get up and apologised. After 90 played minutes MIRA -ŁÓDZ got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Aguilera. Ionel Siniştean shot from long distance after 91 played minutes, a shot that Mateo Phelipe with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Virgil Ţirpe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MIRA -ŁÓDZ fully deserved thier win.
