An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Pelayo in the 7th minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Marcel Mallinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Marcel Mallinger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matias Gipuzkoa. Marcel Mallinger made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Matias Gipuzkoa sent off a good shot on target. Jose Nuñez came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by FV Wienerwald's Anfilogino Alfonsi. But to his dismay, Anfilogino Alfonsi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd match minute, FV Wienerwald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralf Szüczs to maneuver through the defense. Steffen Eisenheld was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 24 minutes into the match. Jose Nuñez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Szüczs, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Pelayo got free with Marcel Mallinger in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute, Emanuel Pelayo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcel Mallinger. The goal made the score 2-1. Marcel Mallinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Laurgain in the 36th minute of the match. ► EL GRAN DOGO ◄'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Costin Ivasiuc in the 41st minute. Marcel Mallinger made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Matias Gipuzkoa sent off a good shot on target. FV Wienerwald's Marcel Mallinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Burmeister in the 45th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, FV Wienerwald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vakija Amautović to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Emanuel Pelayo made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FV Wienerwald getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ziemowit Fleszar hit a great ball. In the 52nd minute Costin Ivasiuc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Mallinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Szüczs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Pelayo in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcel Mallinger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Pelayo in the 70th minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Marcel Mallinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Nienhaus came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jose Nuñez could save by the left post. With an all-out effort, FV Wienerwald's Jose Nuñez threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ralf Szüczs, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Pelayo in the 76th minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Marcel Mallinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Pelayo scored 3-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcel Mallinger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Camilo Ferran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Mallinger having to interfere. Marcel Mallinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Laurgain in the 82nd minute of play. Jose Nuñez made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ralf Szüczs sent off a good shot on target. 90 minutes into the game, Ralf Szüczs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Jose Nuñez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 92 played minutes FV Wienerwald got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Szüczs.
