Marciano Sesuldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruy Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Fred Ferreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 8th minute Jorge Rinaldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caio Araújo came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Firmat Foot Ball Club's Jorge Rinaldi. But to his dismay, Jorge Rinaldi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho Maranhense in the 15th minute of play forced Firmat Foot Ball Club's goalkeeper Marciano Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Alejo Nuxila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Rinaldi in the 20th minute of play forced Corumbaense F.C.'s goalkeeper Caio Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Jorge Rinaldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caio Araújo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Firmat Foot Ball Club's Jesus Tabb shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 29 minutes into the match, Firmat Foot Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Turan Özerol came free, but Marciano Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Rinaldi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Caio Araújo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Corumbaense F.C.'s Caio Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Rinaldi in the 33rd minute of play. When Firmat Foot Ball Club's Jorge Rinaldi in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corumbaense F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Corumbaense F.C.'s Caio Araújo got control of the ball when Jorge Rinaldi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Corumbaense F.C. booed when Firmat Foot Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Rinaldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fred Ferreira to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Fred Ferreira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marciano Sesuldo. Fred Ferreira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Corumbaense F.C.'s Tiago Gabriel Cearense was substituted for Victor Lara. Corumbaense F.C.'s Vânderson Camargo was substituted for José Pedro França. 64 minutes into the match, Kuncho Agüero notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Corumbaense F.C.'s Caio Araújo. Caio Araújo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 71 minutes, Tomas Ramond mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Firmat Foot Ball Club and the Corumbaense F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Tomas Ramond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Firmat Foot Ball Club made a substitution. Placido Mikelats replaced Jorge Rinaldi. After a rather tough play, Firmat Foot Ball Club's Tomas Ramond got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When Firmat Foot Ball Club's Placido Mikelats in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Caio Araújo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 87 played minutes Firmat Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Nuxila. After some careless play in the Corumbaense F.C. defense, Placido Mikelats kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caio Araújo. The Corumbaense F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caio Araújo should have stopped the shot. Wilian Capixaba hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Corumbaense F.C.'s zone, Placido Mikelats stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caio Araújo came out of the goal and Placido Mikelats tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Firmat Foot Ball Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
