Güney Mengüalp made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Geronimo Erauso sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Arrecifes booed when K.A.N.O. FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuan Bo Cheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Cirilo Ritchie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Karlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ambrosio Karlo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cirilo Ritchie's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Güney Mengüalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franciszek Cizeski in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Franciszek Cizeski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güney Mengüalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes Arrecifes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Luix who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Stellan Falck got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Güney Mengüalp quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 44 minutes into the game, Arrecifes's Cirilo Ritchie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ambrosio Karlo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franciszek Cizeski was the one to do the kick off. Cirilo Ritchie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ambrosio Karlo made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Cirilo Ritchie sent off a good shot on target. Arrecifes's Güney Mengüalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franciszek Cizeski in the 55th minute of play. Arrecifes made a substitution. Felipe Senon replaced Cirilo Ritchie. Arrecifes's Enrique Gaur was substituted for Hipolito Laurendi. Ambrosio Karlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Gaur, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The audience was convinced that Felipe Senon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ambrosio Karlo was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. FC's Victorino Lizardi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Raul Vigil in the 85 minute of the game. Raul Vigil made in the 90th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rodolfo Chumo immediately put the ball in play. In the 91st minute, Felipe Senon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Stellan Falck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
