In the 38th minute, Giancarlo Antognoni fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Breizh Olympik's Lizbeth Pelegrina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Scarano in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Breizh Olympik's Aurelio Tristan got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

If Giancarlo Antognoni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Breizh Olympik's zone, Giuliano Galfrè stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lizbeth Pelegrina came out of the goal and Giuliano Galfrè tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Breizh Olympik's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuele Morelli came free, but Lizbeth Pelegrina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuliano Galfrè in the 62nd minute of play forced Breizh Olympik's goalkeeper Lizbeth Pelegrina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Debout might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabiano Rago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabriel Debout ran back to his position shaking his head. 67 minutes into the match, LIVIOFOREVER's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Debout came free, but Fabiano Rago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lizbeth Pelegrina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuele Morelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Concetto Tacconelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lizbeth Pelegrina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giuliano Galfrè in the 75th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Breizh Olympik's Quentin Welsch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Breizh Olympik succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though LIVIOFOREVER had controlled the match.
