Remigio Abascal made in the 2nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Sebastião Gentiletti. In the 4th minute, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Daniel Bertoni dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 8thth minute of the game Daniel Bertoni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Luís Islas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Luís Islas got control of the ball when Daniel Bertoni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredinho Gerber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Scifo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Daniel Bertoni notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Luís Islas. Luís Islas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, Las 3R Club De Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Bertoni came free, but Luís Islas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Enzo Scifo made a precise shot to the right of Alfredinho Gerber. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Daniel Bertoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Islas having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Daniel Bertoni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Islas made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Daniel Bertoni sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Bertoni in the 32nd minute of play forced Las 3R Club De Fútbol's goalkeeper Luís Islas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Las 3R Club De Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Bertoni came free, but Luís Islas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Islas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Bertoni in the 35th minute of the match. Daniel Bertoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Bertoni got free with Luís Islas in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Bertoni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luís Islas having to make a save. 42 minutes into the match, Daniel Bertoni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Islas. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Bertoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 47th minute Daniel Bertoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Islas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enzo Scifo was the one to do the kick off. Luís Islas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Bertoni in the 51st minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Daniel Bertoni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.U.E. DE COMERCIO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. 59 minutes into the match, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Daniel Bertoni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Islas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Marius Mititel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luís Islas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Betão Veiga was substituted for Iván Cordoba. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO made a substitution. Salvador Romano replaced Daniel Bertoni. In the 63rd minute C.U.E. DE COMERCIO were awarded a corner. Seb Gentiletti went to the cornerflag to take it. Enzo Scifo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Salvador Romano notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Luís Islas. Luís Islas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Salvador Romano put it in 8-1 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Islas. In the 72nd minute of the match C.U.E. DE COMERCIO got a corner. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Seb Gentiletti ran over to the corner to take the kick. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Alfredinho Gerber proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save C.U.E. DE COMERCIO from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Salvador Romano put it in 9-1 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Islas. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Salvador Romano got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 83 minutes into the game, when Francisco Taveira put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Las 3R Club De Fútbol booed when C.U.E. DE COMERCIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Taveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Enzo Scifo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's supporters rose to their feet, but Enzo Scifo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredinho Gerber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Salvador Romano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Islas. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Romano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-1. There was no doubt that C.U.E. DE COMERCIO were the better team. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
