The ball went over the crossbar instead. 11 minutes into the match, XENEIXES FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Ubarna came free, but Ivan Patrido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, XENEIXES FC's Jeremias Oinatz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jeremias Oinatz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of XENEIXES FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jeremias Oinatz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in XENEIXES FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! The referee gave El Renacer del Quijano FC a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Teobaldo Ubarna, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of XENEIXES FC's Ivan Patrido. 0-2. Ivan Patrido was left in no man's land by his defense there! Armando Michael took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Lastur. In the 41st minute Armando Michael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teobaldo Ubarna struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Ivan Patrido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Renacer del Quijano FC. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.
