Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teobaldo Ubarna in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juvenal Moreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jo Tabb kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Leandro Laurentzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juvenal Moreira having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Teobaldo Ubarna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Teobaldo Ubarna made the kick off in the second half. Derek Findley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andres Lastur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eddie Wittingham's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Juvenal Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teobaldo Ubarna in the 66th minute. During this time Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. 83 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Nicasio Raymond sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juvenal Moreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
