After a rather tough play, FC BerserkerS's Marian Minkovski got a free kick in the 16th minute. With a little luck, FC Dalin's Hoàng Tran got control of the ball when Renaud Specht tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marian Minkovski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Nguyễn Phuong hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The supporters of FC BerserkerS booed when FC Dalin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trần Ritchell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Dalin's zone, Marian Minkovski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hoàng Tran came out of the goal and Marian Minkovski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of FC Dalin booed when FC BerserkerS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Minkovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Orlondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorvald Mansel in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Trần Ritchell to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Renaud Specht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hoàng Tran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Trần Ritchell fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Dalin's protests and gave Trần Ritchell a yellow card for diving instead. Trần Ritchell hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, FC BerserkerS's goal looked a bit too open when Trần Ritchell came free, but Remigio Orlondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Dalin's Hoàng Tran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Minkovski in the 66th minute of play. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Dalin's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Varban Toninski was slow to take the kick. During this time FC BerserkerS's players had a chance to rest. The corner led FC BerserkerS's Varban Toninski to fire away a dangerous shot which Hoàng Tran despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thorvald Mansel might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remigio Orlondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thorvald Mansel ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 74 minutes, Txanton Sagastia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Dalin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Txanton Sagastia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Varban Toninski in the 75th minute of play forced FC Dalin's goalkeeper Hoàng Tran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Varban Toninski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hoàng Tran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC BerserkerS getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Valeri Hrisimov hit a great ball. When Trần Ritchell came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the FC Dalin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Trần Ritchell couldn't finish the play. FC BerserkerS:s Remigio Orlondo showed great skill when he stopped Kyriakos Paltoudakis:s penalty. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
