Matthew McKail dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 21 minutes of play, Samurai's Wu Qi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthew McKail was left in no man's land by his defense there! Matthew McKail made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wu Qi in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Chelsea Headhunters's Gonzalo Otsoko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vince Di Cola. Vince Di Cola yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Matthew McKail showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wu Qi in the 36th minute of the match. Morgan Vassenius hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Abancens in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wu Qi was the one to do the kick off. Samurai's Abram Cadabra managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 孟坤誉 in the 51 minute of the game. 54 minutes into the match, Chelsea Headhunters's goalkeeper Matthew McKail had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wu Qi. After a defensive mix-up in Chelsea Headhunters's zone, Wu Qi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthew McKail came out of the goal and Wu Qi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samurai made a substitution. Terry Silver replaced Hernán Grana. Samurai made a substitution. Esbjörn Hultstrand replaced Wu Qi. 65 minutes into the match, Chelsea Headhunters's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Henriksson came free, but Matthew McKail reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Samurai were awarded a corner. Allan Bivall went to the cornerflag to take it. Samurai's Allan Bivall was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matthew McKail in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Esbjörn Hultstrand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samurai's supporters rose to their feet, but Esbjörn Hultstrand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matthew McKail breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Samurai getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. 刘德华 Wu hit a great ball. Honorato Abancens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chelsea Headhunters fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! The crowd rose to their feet as Samurai's Allan Bivall slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matthew McKail. That made the score 1-4 after 80 minutes of play. Matthew McKail came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand. But to his dismay, Esbjörn Hultstrand quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. With a little luck, Chelsea Headhunters's Matthew McKail got control of the ball when Allan Bivall tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chelsea Headhunters's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Chelsea Headhunters's Knut Sandström got a free kick in the 90th minute. The Chelsea Headhunters supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Samurai's performance. The match ended with a win for Samurai.
