David Muñoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A4p Dejani's Ahmet Vefik Hisar got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Fcion C.A. booed when A4p Dejani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionică Zbughină didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bogdan Lobonț stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Gündüz Yalavaç's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Sampil got free with Olgierd Walczak in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Fcion C.A.'s Olgierd Walczak got control of the ball when Luis Sampil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olgierd Walczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Mihălțan in the 27th minute of play. Bogdan Lobonț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Gündüz Yalavaç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Lobonț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Muñoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Fcion C.A.'s David Muñoz in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A4p Dejani's goalie prevented a goal. Bogdan Lobonț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Muñoz in the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 61 played minutes A4p Dejani got a freekick which was hit by Ferruccio Fracassi. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Muñoz got free with Bogdan Lobonț in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, A4p Dejani's goal looked a bit too open when Pancho Saa came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Lobonț made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Gündüz Yalavaç in the 70th minute. Bogdan Lobonț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikard Moberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Ahmet Gündüz Yalavaç notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of A4p Dejani's Bogdan Lobonț. Bogdan Lobonț was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Muñoz in the 82nd minute of play forced A4p Dejani's goalkeeper Bogdan Lobonț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the A4p Dejani defense, Ahmet Gündüz Yalavaç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogdan Lobonț. The A4p Dejani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogdan Lobonț should have stopped the shot.
