The ball had pretty good speed, but Gwidon Jaworski firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 7 minutes, Zdzislaw Ryback mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wiesenfeld SA and the Florestal Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zdzislaw Ryback hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Wiesenfeld SA's Gwidon Jaworski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Wiesenfeld SA from getting a goal against them. When Florestal Futebol Clube's José Paulo de Lara in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wiesenfeld SA's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Paulo de Lara in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gwidon Jaworski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 16 minutes Wiesenfeld SA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Theo Spillmann who took care of the corner kick. Gwidon Jaworski made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Paulo de Lara in the 18th minute. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, José Paulo de Lara took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gwidon Jaworski to make any attempt to save it. 22 minutes into the match, Florestal Futebol Clube's Marcinho Mineiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gwidon Jaworski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Florestal Futebol Clube's Sherif Cannavaro got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 28th minute, Evaristo Eleazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gwidon Jaworski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcinho Mineiro in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute Marcinho Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwidon Jaworski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wiesenfeld SA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Theo Spillmann was slow to take the kick. During this time Florestal Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Zé Paulo de Toledo got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-0. 36 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Roch Fudalej made a precise shot to the right of Raimundo Braga. Florestal Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When Roland Wallach fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wiesenfeld SA's protests and gave Roland Wallach a yellow card for diving instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Paulo de Lara to make the kick off. 63 minutes into the match, Wiesenfeld SA's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Mineiro came free, but Gwidon Jaworski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 played minutes Florestal Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Sherif Cannavaro. Florestal Futebol Clube's Santiago Cidro was substituted for Zé Paulo de Toledo. Sherif Cannavaro hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Florestal Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Lech Kochanowicz came free, but Raimundo Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Marcinho Mineiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gwidon Jaworski was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Benê Sena made a great header on Florestal Futebol Clube's corner, it was just that Wiesenfeld SA's Gwidon Jaworski managed to reach the ball for a save. Florestal Futebol Clube's Raimundo Braga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Florestal Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Gwidon Jaworski came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Florestal Futebol Clube's José Paulo de Lara. But to his dismay, José Paulo de Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Theo Spillmann kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The supporters of Wiesenfeld SA booed when Florestal Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theo Spillmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gwidon Jaworski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Camargo in the 83rd minute of play. Gwidon Jaworski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matías Camargo in the 85th minute of the match. Wiesenfeld SA's Gwidon Jaworski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Camargo in the 87th minute of play. Gwidon Jaworski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wiesenfeld SA's goalkeeper Gwidon Jaworski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Horácio Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Gwidon Jaworski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florestal Futebol Clube's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
