An unexpectedly hard shot by Matías Mendes in the 10th minute of play forced HollywooDogs's goalkeeper Dedé Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Alexandre Alves in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by HollywooDogs's Tomás Mazza. After 16 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Fred de Brito. Dedé Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Well-Well Waack in the 17th minute of play. A collision led to Izaltina FAD getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Leo Salvino hit a great ball. Alexandre Alves made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by HollywooDogs's Ronaldinho Lago. After 25 played minutes Izaltina FAD got a freekick which was hit by William Angelsø. In the 27thth minute of the game Well-Well Waack who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HollywooDogs's Dedé Dionísio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Well-Well Waack put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dedé Dionísio. The supporters of HollywooDogs booed when Izaltina FAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laerte Tande didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ricardinho Alvarenga got free in front of the goal in the 31st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Manuel Alves was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Manuel Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to HollywooDogs getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Quintinus Veterini hit a great ball. Dedé Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matías Mendes in the 38th minute of the match. Dedé Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Well-Well Waack, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matías Mendes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, one of Izaltina FAD:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Izaltina FAD. Fabio Weidt scored 1-1 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Alves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Izaltina FAD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benito Lain in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute Matías Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Quintinus Veterini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. HollywooDogs made a substitution. Adhemar Lira replaced Fabio Weidt. After a rather tough play, HollywooDogs's Quintinus Veterini got a free kick in the 70th minute. Manuel Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Matías Mendes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dedé Dionísio. The goal made the score 1-2. Douglas de Mendonça made in the 81st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Izaltina FAD's Matías Mendes. Manuel Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavinho Quirino in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Matías Mendes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dedé Dionísio, 1-4. 92 minutes into the match, Izaltina FAD's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardinho Alvarenga came free, but Manuel Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Izaltina FAD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than HollywooDogs throughout the match.
