Abelardo Veloso was slow to take the kick. During this time Olympique Gdynia's players had a chance to rest. Olympique Gdynia's Abelardo Veloso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Faustino Rencio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 12 minutes into the match, Kakeros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Şota Arveladze came free, but Faustino Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes of play Kakeros FC's Hugo Sayveon was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The Olympique Gdynia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 25th minute, Jurand Frankowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faustino Rencio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 28 played minutes Kakeros FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Prejun. Faustino Rencio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stanislaw Walczak in the 33rd minute. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. There was no doubt that Olympique Gdynia were the better team. Olympique Gdynia's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
