The Balkes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xamo Viladrosa should have stopped the shot. The Balkes FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Independente FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Júlían Cárdenas was the one to do the kick off. Independente FC's Marcelo Gröhe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlían Cárdenas in the 63rd minute of play. Lukáš Modrić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Xamo Viladrosa made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rubinho Severo in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xamo Viladrosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Independente FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
