In the 8thth minute of the game Vladimiro Sazon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U.C.MILÁN's Menéndez Walton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. La Acade's Blas Aritza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save La Acade from getting a goal against them. Blas Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Vilhelmsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 12 minutes of play, U.C.MILÁN's Cristian Botasso made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Blas Aritza was left in no man's land by his defense there! During this time La Acade's players had a chance to rest. 35 minutes into the match, La Acade's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Botasso came free, but Blas Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Menéndez Walton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kip William in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to U.C.MILÁN getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Cristian Botasso hit a great ball. Menéndez Walton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Vistruario, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Botasso to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Vladimiro Sazon made a precise shot to the right of Menéndez Walton. U.C.MILÁN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Menéndez Walton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kip William in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, La Acade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Sazon to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Botasso in the 61st minute of play forced La Acade's goalkeeper Blas Aritza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastiano Pareja lost his temper 64 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. La Acade made a substitution. Shao Zhou replaced Vladimiro Sazon. The supporters of La Acade booed when U.C.MILÁN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilhelm Vilhelmsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albano Abadia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Menéndez Walton having to interfere. With an all-out effort, La Acade's Menéndez Walton threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Shao Zhou, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Menéndez Walton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Vistruario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blas Aritza came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by U.C.MILÁN's Cristian Botasso. But to his dismay, Cristian Botasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 83 minutes into the match, U.C.MILÁN's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Cortez came free, but Menéndez Walton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Menéndez Walton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shao Zhou in the 88th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Shao Zhou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Menéndez Walton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Menéndez Walton made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Ciro Cortez sent off a good shot on target. Ciro Cortez hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Orlando Garrido took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Blas Aritza. La Acade's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Menéndez Walton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shao Zhou in the 96th minute of the match.
