With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roch Grondzki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Stefan Niemojewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roch Grondzki was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. After 23 minutes FC Buciumii's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Blaško Hatch who took care of the corner kick. Varsovia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
