After 14 minutes of play, F.C QURESMA 27's Kasım Mukbil made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donald Fenwick was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juš Düren was a little too slow when Calvin Croft got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-3. Donald Fenwick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 顾榕珂 in the 23rd minute of the match. A collision led to Memphis Grizzlies getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ronny Theobold hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Memphis Grizzlies's goal looked a bit too open when 顾榕珂 came free, but Donald Fenwick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lendl Orav in the 31st minute of play forced Memphis Grizzlies's goalkeeper Donald Fenwick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Lendl Orav put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Donald Fenwick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ty Hislop got free with Juš Düren in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half F.C QURESMA 27 were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vinicio Carballeira to make the kick off. Allen Bunworth hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Juš Düren came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Memphis Grizzlies's Ty Hislop. But to his dismay, Ty Hislop quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. Donald Fenwick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lendl Orav, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Juš Düren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ty Hislop in the 63rd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, F.C QURESMA 27's goal looked a bit too open when Ty Hislop came free, but Juš Düren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronny Theobold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juš Düren having to interfere. Memphis Grizzlies's Ian Prutton was substituted for Ty Hislop. Ronny Theobold struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Juš Düren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Memphis Grizzlies. With a little luck, Memphis Grizzlies's Donald Fenwick got control of the ball when Lendl Orav tried to sneak it across the goal line. F.C QURESMA 27 were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Memphis Grizzlies's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 顾榕珂 took the corner. Donald Fenwick was a little too slow when Egbert Brons got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 3-6. A collision led to F.C QURESMA 27 getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Severino Guimarães hit a great ball. Juš Düren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stuart Banks, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Memphis Grizzlies's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Calvin Croft in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute, Stuart Banks left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Memphis Grizzlies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-6. Lendl Orav's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Donald Fenwick firmly grabbed it by the left post. The F.C QURESMA 27 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing F.C QURESMA 27 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
