Ross Barber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Polo Quinteros in the 6th minute of the match. Fomac FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Polo Quinteros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Florentino Herauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacek Solibieda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Polo Quinteros in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ross Barber, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Santa Lucia de Merlo's Polo Quinteros slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ross Barber. That made the score 2-0 after 31 minutes of play. The corner led Santa Lucia de Merlo's Polo Quinteros to fire away a dangerous shot which Ross Barber despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fomac FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Polo Quinteros scored to the left of an out of position Ross Barber, making the score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Ado in the 40th minute of play forced Santa Lucia de Merlo's goalkeeper Florentino Herauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 45 in the game by Polo Quinteros from a close distance when the talented Ross Barber managed to make a qualified save. Fomac FK's players were relieved. 47 minutes into the match, Santa Lucia de Merlo's goal looked a bit too open when Flóki Ólafsson came free, but Florentino Herauso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flóki Ólafsson to make the kick off. After taking down the ball on Santa Lucia de Merlo's corner Aldo Hartz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ross Barber quite easily take care of the ball. M. Agus Young sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ross Barber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from M. Agus Young in the 88th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Victorino Ado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fomac FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorino Ado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florentino Herauso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 97 minutes into the match, M. Agus Young notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Fomac FK's Ross Barber. Ross Barber was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fomac FK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Santa Lucia de Merlo.
