In the 18th match minute, Altamora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmy Ekström to maneuver through the defense. Altamora FC's Higino lago quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Torrey Lluis, made in the 20th minute of the game. After 30 minutes La Candela FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Brion Heyros who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Zé Paulo Lucas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La Candela FC's Ramiro Gabrio did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silverio Lluterio got free with Tiburcio Liher in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Candela FC's Paul Ros quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Duarte Garcia, made in the 45th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimmy Ekström was the one to do the kick off. 64 minutes into the game, Jimmy Ekström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ramiro Gabrio. Jimmy Ekström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Altamora FC's Rodrigo Leão was substituted for Maximino Gizon. Silverio Lluterio might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiburcio Liher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silverio Lluterio ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiburcio Liher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Lluterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimmy Ekström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 72 minutes, Silverio Lluterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Candela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Lluterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. La Candela FC made a substitution. Laurenz Goddez replaced Lu Yang Xing. When La Candela FC's Damian Servando in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 83rdth minute of the game Jimmy Ekström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Candela FC's Ramiro Gabrio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 84th minute Guaberto Bitxintxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brion Heyros came free, but Ramiro Gabrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Ekström in the 87th minute of play forced La Candela FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Gabrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiburcio Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Bitxintxo in the 91st minute of play.
