Algitas Jokubaitis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Archie Rowell having to make a save. In the 17th minute Algitas Jokubaitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Archie Rowell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24thth minute of the game Algitas Jokubaitis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hunting High & Low..'s Archie Rowell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 26 minutes FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nick Oldham who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Nick Oldham got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Big Hands quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Algitas Jokubaitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Lance Gilchrist could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Big Hands however easily saved by the left post. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hunting High & Low..! Archie Rowell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Algitas Jokubaitis's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Big Hands made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Roger Clapham sent off a good shot on target. Roger Clapham's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Big Hands skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüsrev Akyazı in the 48th minute of play forced Hunting High & Low..'s goalkeeper Archie Rowell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roger Clapham was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute, one of Hunting High & Low..:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hunting High & Low... Algitas Jokubaitis might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Archie Rowell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Algitas Jokubaitis ran back to his position shaking his head. Archie Rowell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Algitas Jokubaitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI's Juninho Pernambucano was substituted for Algitas Jokubaitis. Juninho Pernambucano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Archie Rowell having to make a save. Hunting High & Low..'s Archie Rowell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Hunting High & Low.. from getting a goal against them. Big Hands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierce Wrigley, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The audience was convinced that Roger Clapham's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Big Hands was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. With a little luck, Hunting High & Low..'s Archie Rowell got control of the ball when Juninho Pernambucano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hunting High & Low..'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Juninho Pernambucano scored to the left of an out of position Archie Rowell, making the score, 0-1. FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI's Alessandro Sarmento shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Archie Rowell but with some difficulty. If Juninho Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Hunting High & Low..'s Archie Rowell got control of the ball when Juninho Pernambucano tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Clapham in the 92nd minute of play forced FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI's goalkeeper Big Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juninho Pernambucano took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Archie Rowell. Archie Rowell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Archie Rowell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juninho Pernambucano in the 96th minute of the match. FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI played a much better game than Hunting High & Low.. and deserved their victory. The Hunting High & Low.. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
