Song Di Xu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Breno Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Sandinense ADF's goalkeeper Breno Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dušan Vlahovic. Jérémie Janot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Sandinense ADF's goalkeeper Breno Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Song Di Xu. In the 22nd minute of the match Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™ got a corner. Sandinense ADF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. István Markos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gijs van Zijderveld hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Sandinense ADF's Breno Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Sandinense ADF from getting a goal against them. After 27 minutes Sandinense ADF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was István Markos who took care of the corner kick. Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Song Di Xu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Breno Costa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Breno Costa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Song Di Xu in the 35th minute. After 36 minutes of play, Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Song Di Xu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Breno Costa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Song Di Xu struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burak Özdoğan couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Song Di Xu to make the kick off. Breno Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Song Di Xu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a left leg Breno Costa saved Sandinense ADF from getting behind.
