But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Villiam Klintæus couldn't finish the play. Karl Österberg made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Tytus Jaszcz sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute Mateusz Kubica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Österberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Karl Österberg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Damian Lerych in the 39thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Leopard Brööö's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
