The goalkeeper, Roland Lindström, was totally fooled by RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Krzysztof Wierzcholek, who 7 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 11th minute Helge Molander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Zurawski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Leonard Popowicz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roland Lindström. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Roland Lindström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Leonard Popowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juoksengi's Roland Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Popowicz in the 22nd minute of play. Leonard Popowicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roland Lindström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonard Popowicz ran back to his position shaking his head. Radomir Zurawski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Kling, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Roland Lindström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Popowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonard Popowicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roland Lindström having to make a save. Leonard Popowicz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sture Stensson to make the kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Cristian Lelescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Lelescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in RW AHLEN-KNURÓW reached it. 65 minutes into the game, Leonard Popowicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Roland Lindström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Leonard Treppa was substituted for Leonard Popowicz. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dimitar Tonov during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Yao Yang. Roland Lindström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Treppa, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Leonard Treppa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
