The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Henrik Pihlgren got the match started through his kick off. Nando Pinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Daniel Viklund made a huge save. In the 4th minute, Nando Pinho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Daniel Viklund. The goal made the score 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrik Pihlgren in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerônimo Maranhense saved Nitra FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Henrik Pihlgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerônimo Maranhense was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan da Cunha in the 19th minute of play forced Wrexham A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Daniel Viklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wrexham A.F.C.'s Daniel Viklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan da Cunha in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Jonathan da Cunha notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Wrexham A.F.C.'s Daniel Viklund. Daniel Viklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan da Cunha succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. The supporters of Nitra FC booed when Wrexham A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valter Petersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan da Cunha hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Daniel Viklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gogo Eneko in the 37th minute. Daniel Viklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Williams Ferrari in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to Wrexham A.F.C. getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Niklas Drake hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nitra FC's zone, Henrik Pihlgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerônimo Maranhense came out of the goal and Henrik Pihlgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

54 minutes into the match, Jonathan da Cunha notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Wrexham A.F.C.'s Daniel Viklund. Daniel Viklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Daniel Viklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Viklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Williams Ferrari in the 60th minute of play. Nitra FC's Williams Ferrari managed to work through Wrexham A.F.C.'s defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Williams Ferrari dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 61st minute, Jonathan da Cunha made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Viklund. Wrexham A.F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. In the 65th minute, Nando Pinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nitra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Nando Pinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henrik Pihlgren in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerônimo Maranhense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute Jonathan da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Viklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrik Pihlgren's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Jerônimo Maranhense skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Daniel Viklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Williams Ferrari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Williams Ferrari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Viklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Williams Ferrari had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Viklund. Wrexham A.F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Williams Ferrari was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. After some careless play in the Wrexham A.F.C. defense, Williams Ferrari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Viklund. The Wrexham A.F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Viklund should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Wrexham A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Williams Ferrari came free, but Daniel Viklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nitra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oliver Veentjer in the 91st minute. A nice corner shot did that Oliver Veentjer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Daniel Viklund quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Wrexham A.F.C.'s zone, Charles Pimenta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Viklund came out of the goal and Charles Pimenta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Viklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Williams Ferrari, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Wrexham A.F.C.'s Daniel Viklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Williams Ferrari in the 94th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Nitra FC had played much better football throughout.
