Gil Talavera started the match with the kick off. Abdurrahim Tunçkan kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. A collision led to AKÇEŞMESPOR getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Abdurrahim Tunçkan hit a great ball. After 7 played minutes, FC Blåvitt's Gil Talavera shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cláudio Taffarel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Blåvitt reached it. FC Blåvitt were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after AKÇEŞMESPOR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gil Talavera took the corner. 23 minutes into the match, AKÇEŞMESPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Apoena Herrero came free, but Cláudio Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apoena Herrero in the 28th minute of play. Jarl Bredberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gogo Chuse in the 33rd minute. Radoy Lagadov scored 1-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jarl Bredberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Centenales in the 39th minute of play forced FC Blåvitt's goalkeeper Jarl Bredberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Meriç Özsen made a precise shot to the right of Jarl Bredberg. FC Blåvitt's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Meriç Özsen was the one to do the kick off. Urko Solbeida kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. AKÇEŞMESPOR's Mustafa İzzet Terzi got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute Meriç Özsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Bredberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes FC Blåvitt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mustafa İzzet Terzi who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Meriç Özsen managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa İzzet Terzi in the 76th minute of play forced FC Blåvitt's goalkeeper Jarl Bredberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Blåvitt's Dag Olofsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cláudio Taffarel. That made the score 2-1 after 79 minutes of play. 86 minutes into the match, Gogo Chuse notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC Blåvitt's Jarl Bredberg. Jarl Bredberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jarl Bredberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa İzzet Terzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AKÇEŞMESPOR's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
