Dorival Travassos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baltasar Tomi went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the match, Átomo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Tomi came free, but Dorival Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorival Travassos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Tomi in the 22nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doni Donato during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Acereros FC booed when Átomo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. During the 46th minute of the match Doni Donato completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Doni Donato a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
