Carlo Oddi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ascencio Muñoz's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 12th match minute, Apocalypto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Causio to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Carlo Oddi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvaro Vani during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Agunnaryd IK booed when Apocalypto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Vani didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Ascencio Muñoz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Carlo Oddi, passed just outside the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ascencio Muñoz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jason Carrillo in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 64th minute, Antonio Causio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlo Oddi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jason Carrillo in the 67th minute of play.
