Mila Gröhe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Holmgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by ALTHENTIC F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ni Zhen Ying was slow to take the kick. During this time The Shadows's players had a chance to rest. Marcos Basso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rio Arrascaeta's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. A collision led to ALTHENTIC F.C getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Claudinei Xavier hit a great ball. Mila Gröhe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gencer Hisarcık, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Rio Arrascaeta came free, but Marcos Basso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mila Gröhe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a little luck, The Shadows's Marcos Basso got control of the ball when Claudinei Xavier tried to sneak it across the goal line. Herbert Holmgren's late challenge caught a ALTHENTIC F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herbert Holmgren helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to The Shadows getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Herbert Holmgren hit a great ball. Marcos Basso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rio Arrascaeta in the 43rd minute of the match. Marcos Basso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinei Xavier in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rio Arrascaeta made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Rio Arrascaeta came free, but Marcos Basso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rio Arrascaeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rio Arrascaeta in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Basso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Basso came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by ALTHENTIC F.C's Claudinei Xavier. But to his dismay, Claudinei Xavier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Rio Arrascaeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 played minutes ALTHENTIC F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rio Arrascaeta. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niklas Lundqvist got free with Mila Gröhe in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th match minute, The Shadows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Rio Arrascaeta came free, but Marcos Basso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ALTHENTIC F.C had won after a very even match.
