Iustin Bungeanu started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Donato during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 3 played minutes Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Donato. 6 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Souto came free, but Régis de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Palmeiras's Wesley Fantini in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as Cipriano Baladi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Régis de Queirós. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Wesley Fantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Armando Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wesley Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palmeiras's Régis de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Souto in the 35th minute of play. Régis de Queirós made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Robert Bagge sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute Zhang Xiang Han shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Régis de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franklin Souto made a kick off. Luiz Fabiano Passos hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ruben Blai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Régis de Queirós having to interfere. With a little luck, Titanes Mayas's Armando Gartxot got control of the ball when Wesley Fantini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iustin Bungeanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Gartxot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After 61 minutes of play, Titanes Mayas's Zhang Xiang Han made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Régis de Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! Titanes Mayas were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Palmeiras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Freddy Bihar took the corner. 67 minutes into the match, Franklin Souto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Régis de Queirós. Palmeiras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franklin Souto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. A collision led to Titanes Mayas getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Franklin Souto hit a great ball. Armando Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Fantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Armando Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wesley Fantini in the 74th minute of play. Palmeiras's Régis de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Reneros in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Fan Hao Feng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Titanes Mayas booed when Palmeiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fan Hao Feng didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Palmeiras's Kléberson Neiva to fire away a dangerous shot which Armando Gartxot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Blai came free, but Régis de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustin Bungeanu got free with Armando Gartxot in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Franklin Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Régis de Queirós having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Titanes Mayas's Ruben Blai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Régis de Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklin Souto in the 97th minute of play forced Palmeiras's goalkeeper Régis de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Titanes Mayas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
