The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleksandar Stojanović got free with Brian Johnson in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aleksandar Stojanović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Brian Johnson made a huge save. Jochem Rijkaard was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 16th minute Julian Pacho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Foeke Wisgerhof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ariel Bonachea in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Foeke Wisgerhof saved Dukaton f.c. from getting behind. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ariel Bonachea sped through Dukaton f.c.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Foeke Wisgerhof. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Aleksandar Stojanović sped through 1947 FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Brian Johnson. 29 minutes into the match, Dukaton f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Escobar came free, but Foeke Wisgerhof reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksandar Stojanović who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Brian Johnson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Foeke Wisgerhof took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Pacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodoro Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Foeke Wisgerhof having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justo Lore made a kick off. Foeke Wisgerhof took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Pacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dukaton f.c.'s Foeke Wisgerhof played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Pacho in the 54th minute of play. Brian Johnson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aleksandar Stojanović went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 64th minute Aleksandar Stojanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Johnson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justo Lore took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brian Johnson. Brian Johnson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 1947 FC's Alejo Idacio was substituted for Julian Pacho. 1947 FC's Armando Fasoli was substituted for Teodoro Escobar. Foeke Wisgerhof took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Idacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brian Johnson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jochem Rijkaard in the 83rd minute of the match. Brian Johnson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jochem Rijkaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Aleksandar Stojanović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Foeke Wisgerhof showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Fasoli in the 94th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the 1947 FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dukaton f.c..
