In the 7th minute Călin Boieraș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joos Teurfs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th match minute, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Boieraș to maneuver through the defense. Pompiliu Barna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremie Reijniers in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Pompiliu Barna got control of the ball when Jeremie Reijniers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joos Teurfs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horia Chioreanu in the 15th minute of the match. In the 18thth minute of the game Jeremie Reijniers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Pompiliu Barna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 28 minutes of play, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Basarab Panduru made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joos Teurfs was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as North Hill United's Jeremie Reijniers slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pompiliu Barna. That made the score 1-1 after 31 minutes of play. Pompiliu Barna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremie Reijniers went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 43 minutes, Jeremie Reijniers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North Hill United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremie Reijniers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basarab Panduru took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joos Teurfs. Joos Teurfs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Jeremie Reijniers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pompiliu Barna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basarab Panduru made a kick off. The throw-in from Aron Dichiseanu in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by North Hill United's Dre Toeback. In the 54thth minute of the game Jeremie Reijniers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Pompiliu Barna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stelian Busuioceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Steff Berckmans managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Hill United's supporters rose to their feet, but Steff Berckmans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pompiliu Barna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jeremie Reijniers came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the North Hill United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremie Reijniers couldn't finish the play. North Hill United's Nils De Geutter was substituted for Tiberiu Florescu. Pompiliu Barna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremie Reijniers, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When North Hill United's Jeremie Reijniers in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalie prevented a goal. North Hill United's Carel Impens was substituted for Kęstutis Survila. In the 70th minute North Hill United were awarded a corner. Steff Berckmans went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 71stth minute of the game Jeremie Reijniers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Pompiliu Barna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the game, North Hill United's Jeremie Reijniers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pompiliu Barna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. If Jeremie Reijniers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 76 minutes into the match, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremie Reijniers came free, but Pompiliu Barna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jeremie Reijniers came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the North Hill United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremie Reijniers couldn't finish the play. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt made a substitution. Traian Stoiculescu replaced Basarab Panduru. In the 83rdth minute of the game Jeremie Reijniers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Pompiliu Barna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The North Hill United fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when North Hill United's Jeremie Reijniers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pompiliu Barna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremie Reijniers in the 87th minute of play. North Hill United's Joos Teurfs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Stoiculescu in the 89th minute of play. Jeremie Reijniers might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pompiliu Barna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremie Reijniers ran back to his position shaking his head. Pompiliu Barna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremie Reijniers in the 91st minute of play. When the referee ended the match the North Hill United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
