Celso Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Matorin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. If Waldemar Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waldemar Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 0-1 became the score in the 15th minute when Corneliu Dridu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Celso Trevisan came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Black Rose 1979's Waldemar Matorin. But to his dismay, Waldemar Matorin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26thth minute of the game Corneliu Dridu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Corneliu Dridu went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Black Rose 1979's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ritchie Obis in the 36th minute. Enzo-Nicolás Pérez made a great header on Black Rose 1979's corner, it was just that Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Dr Lecter SC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Wanderson Fernandez hit a great ball. Celso Trevisan made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Dante Peruanton sent off a good shot on target. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Corneliu Dridu to strike the kick off in the second half. Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Black Rose 1979 from getting a goal against them. In the 62ndth minute of the game Dante Peruanton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Dr Lecter SC booed when Black Rose 1979 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo-Nicolás Pérez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 73rd minute. With a little luck, Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist got control of the ball when Corneliu Dridu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match Dr Lecter SC got a corner. Black Rose 1979's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luiz Fabiano Pitta ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Dr Lecter SC's corner Wanderson Fernandez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karl-Johan Ahlqvist quite easily take care of the ball. In the 78th minute Dante Peruanton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dr Lecter SC made a substitution. Fedele Di Fabrizio replaced Corneliu Dridu. In the 84th minute of the match Dr Lecter SC got a corner. Black Rose 1979's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luiz Fabiano Pitta ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Dr Lecter SC's Ma Wei Jun to fire away a dangerous shot which Karl-Johan Ahlqvist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Matorin came free, but Celso Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Matorin in the 93rd minute of play. Dr Lecter SC's Celso Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ritchie Obis in the 96th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
